Payouts by social
How each destination receives its share and what the recipient sees.
X Money
Dollars are sent to the X account's Money balance. The recipient gets a notification with the amount and your payment note, and a public receipt is posted so anyone can verify the payout.
Telegram Stars
The dollar value is converted to Stars at the current rate and delivered to the handle through the socials.capital bot, with the note attached. Amounts in the dashboard are shown in Stars.
Twitch Bits
Fees are delivered as a cheer in the creator's channel. The channel needs Bits enabled; if it is not, the payout waits in a pending state until it is.
TikTok Gifts
Gifts are sent while the creator is LIVE. If the creator is offline the payout is held and retried at the next live session, so TikTok payouts can lag the other platforms.
Payout statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| pending | Queued from a collection, not yet processed. |
| processing | Being converted or delivered. |
| sent | Delivered. externalRef holds the platform's reference. |
| failed | Delivery failed; it will be retried and surfaced in Payments. |
